Please make sure that the shipping information is filled in correctly, as we are unable to redirect once the order has been sent out.

We aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days after payment received (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

UK mainland:

Second class, delivery will incur a charge of £2.95, Royal Mail Aim to deliver between two to three days.

First class, delivery will incur a charge of £5.95, Royal Mail Aim to deliver next day.

If you suspect a lost delivery, Please contact us using the contact form quoting your order number, name, and full address, and we will look into it straight away.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order back to us within 30 days of receiving, We will offer you a exchange or full refund provided the item is returned to us complete, unused and in the original packaging. Please let us know why you are returning the item and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

For all returns other than faults, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the order, Please carefully re-pack and send back to us at the address on our contact page.

Gifts from LUNAKAMAMA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in the post, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.
