I started LUNAKAMAMA like many during the national lockdown. Inspired by a love for reclaimed, up-cycled items, and a desire to be eco-friendly, saving many items going to landfill.

Supporting small businesses that care about the environment is very important to me, and trying to understand the impact we all have, Pollution, burning fossil fuels, deforestation, human impacts on the world ocean, the list goes on and on.

Every change you make has an impact, my first change was one bar of vegan soap, which lasted over a month, I would have used at least four or more plastic bottles in the same amount of time. One plastic bottle in Landfill takes between 450 to 1000 years to decompose, So you can imagine the difference it would make if we all made these Simple changes.

We have so many creative crafts in this country and small shops that really care about the world we all live in, So lets support them back.
